Warm Up
Start seated with hands braced on ground behind you and bicycle legs forward for 1 minute and then backward for 1 minute
2 Minutes Jump Rope
1 Minute Burpees

Workout
25 Squats w/ Shoulder Press and Calf Raise
:30 Seconds Sumo Squat Jumping Jacks
25 Push Ups
:30 Seconds- Plank Jacks
10 Front Lunges w/ Ab Twist
:30 Seconds- Mtn. Climbers
25 Sit-Ups w/ Bridge Hip Lift
10 Side Lunges w/ Arm Curls
:30 Seconds- Side shuffle 4 steps rt, squat and touch ground w/ both hands then jump bringing hands to the air; repeat side to side
10 Reverse Lunges w/ Knee Raise Crunch (elbow to knee)
:30 Seconds Jump Rope
25 Lying Leg Raises w/ Chest Flies
25 Single Leg Stiff Leg Deadlift w/ Jump- Start standing then lean fwd on one foot and touch ground on both sides of grounded foot, then stand and jump reaching hands to sky; 25 reps/leg
:30 Seconds- Butt Kickers w/ lat pull downs
25 Tricep Reverse Bench Dips (on chair)
:30 Second- Single Leg Pogo Hops w/ Knee Raise Crunches- Hop on right leg continuously and do continuous knee raise crunches with left leg
:30 Second- Single Leg Pogo Hops w/ Knee Raise Crunches- Hop on left leg continuously and do continuous knee raise crunches with right leg
:30 Second- Run High Knees w/ Punches

Cool Down
1 Minute Bicycle Crunch
1 Minute Plank
:30 Second Side Plank/Side
1 Minute Superman
1 Minute Wall Sit

Static Stretching- 10-20 minutes
